Considering we have fruit on our minds, and we know a lot of our customers may be looking for fun diversions and things to do while they are home, last week, we posted a challenge/contest on our social networks. (If you are not already following us, be sure to check us out on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram.)
During a time when many of us locally are staying home and practicing social distancing, at Pedal Pops, we are still thinking about fruit! As spring has officially begun, it is a natural time to start looking for great, fresh fruits in season. We all know that fruit is healthy, and that is why we use the whole fruit — and no water – in our pops. Stay tuned for more updates on how we make sure to get the most healthy parts of the fruit in the fruit bars we create and prepare just for you!
We asked people to share the titles of movies that have fruit in the title. To make it even more challenging, we offered bonus points for titles with fruits that are ingredients in our frozen fruit bars.
We were excited to have some great entries. The winners are listed in the image below! Thank you to everyone who entered!
In the meantime, if you want to create a fun game to try at home, consider a list challenge! Ask your family or friends (you can even do this digitally) how many movies with a fruit name they can name in a given time. In your game, you get to decide if tomato counts as a fruit! (We think it does, as we have a jalapeno watermelon tomato fruit bar we offer seasonally.)
Don’t forget to check out all of our flavors by clicking HERE. Hmm…Maybe we should do another contest and ask people to give us how many of our fruit bars include mango as an ingredient?
We hope you’ll plan to incorporate Pedal Pops all-natural, delicious fruit bars into your daily diet. Pick some up today at Ozark Natural Foods in Fayetteville and AKiN’s Natural Foods in Rogers until our location in Farmington reopens for the season.
